if you can check in the bottom side of Armavia's home page web site, to the right, they clearly mentions "© 2005-2008". This symbol or annotation is present in all pages that you check or visit.
It means that everything present and loaded in the website "is all rights reserved".
In this case, you can ask to Armavia the use of eventual contains present in the web site.
If they found violations or frauds they can go ahead for defends their copyrights and rights.
Please read very well and careful when you before make actions.
In order to respect Italian lawas any offical press release, images or anything else published and withj origin must have reported mentions or source reported.
We cannot disregards about these rules because in case of violation, everyone can pursuede us.

U right there is writen C 2005-2008 but its for "Vip Cruise company" Absolutelly different company. Its a pubblicita on this site

about your temptative to give an extenuation about the topic, I confirm that posting here needs the mention of credits if images or texts come from other sources, websites, something else.
If in future you'll post images or texts where you haven't property on them we will be forced to remove them. We ask you to kindly mention credits if them comes from sites or everywhere.
We mandatory respect our laws and definitively you must to do that if you would like to post here.
Thats not an order, but I hope you'll understand that you are using an open space where rules are applied to everyone in respect of the laws that we are mandatory forced be in compliance.
If we will judge that images don't respects something of above reportes we will remove them.
