Incident: KLM Cityhopper F70 near Bologna on Nov 20th 2010, unruly passengers

A KLM Cityhopper Fokker 70, registration PH-KZO performing flight WA-1592/KL-1592 from Bologna (Italy) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 49 passengers, had just reached cruise level 320 about 20 minutes into the flight when the crew decided to return to Bologna due to two unruly male passengers who became abusive and aggressive to a point where cabin crew felt safety was no longer assured. The airplane landed safely about 25 minutes later, the two unrulies were handed over to Italian police.
The airplane reached Amsterdam with a delay of 80 minutes.
